Local Order Pick-Up
Local pick up does not apply to apparel. This is because our apparel is drop shipped directly to you from our printers. If you choose Free Local Pick-Up in Medicine Hat for accessories or home decor, you will be emailed once your order is ready to be picked up.
Order Processing Time
Please expect 15 business days before an order is shipped out/ready for pick up as apparel is made to order. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us at hello@rusticrose.org but know that the timeline may not be able to be accommodated. Please note that we aim to get orders out as soon as possible and within our timeframe, but as Rustic Rose is run by one person, it is possible that orders may take longer.

These shipping times are only an estimate, not a guarantee, and Rustic Rose has no control over shipping times. Actual delivery time will depend on the method used as well as the time of yea and destination of the order.
Rustic Rose is not responsible for packages sent without tracking or for orders that are placed with the wrong shipping address. If your item is returned to Rustic Rose, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping and any costs incurred due to the return.
